Well, it's an 4 bit adder.

Thanks to *reductive* metallurgy, purification is no longer a one-way street, making it useful for back-to-back logical operations on metals. each purification glyph and it's associated arms acts like a complete half adder. 
A computer that doesn't rely on the glyph of bonding could be easily extrapolated.

Arms 1-8 are the input arms, modify the first grab or drop on each row to set the corresponding input, arm 1-4 are the bits of the first number, and 4-8 are the second.
